BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute TxDOT Form D-15-
48 (Statement) and Form D-15-U1 (Affidavit) for the City of Beaumont Water Utilities
Department to be reimbursed on the FM 364 Major Drive Improvement Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of
October, 2002.
