BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the contract from the 2000 Program with Charlton-Pollard Community Housing
Development Corporation (CHDO) in the amount of$375,700 is hereby amended to
reclassify the organization as a subrecipient on this contract and to increase the
contract amount by $10,000 from the 2001 HOME Administration line item to pay
eligible administrative costs.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of
October, 2002.
