WHEREAS,the Habitat for Humanity, Inc., has donated to the City of Beaumont
a 112.5 square foot Water Line Easement across the Habitat for Humanity property
on Bigner Road, F. Bigner Survey, Abstract No. 1, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto; and,
WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement
and is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is
necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement conveyed by Habitat for Humanity is hereby in all things
accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1 st day of
October, 2002.
