BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a two-(2) year
contract with an option to renew for two additional years at mutually agreeable rates
with Prudential Financial for Long Term Disability insurance for the City of Beaumont
effective January 1, 2003.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1st day of
October, 2002.
