BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves renewal of a one(1)year contract with Eckerd
Health Services for a prescription drug plan with a modified plan design effective
January 1, 2003, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1 st day of
October, 2002.
