BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
WHEREAS, bids were received forthe purchase of one (1)paratransitvehicle; and,
WHEREAS, National Bus Sales& Leasing, Inc., Marietta, Georgia, submitted a bid
in the amount of $70,224; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by National Bus
Sales & Leasing, Inc., Marietta, Georgia should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by National Bus Sales & Leasing, Inc., Marietta, Georgia for the
purchase of one (1) paratransit vehicle in the amount of$70,224 be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
September, 2002.
