BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby certifies that the Small Business Revolving Loan Fund (RLF)
plan, as reviewed and approved by the Small Business Loan Advisory Board, is consistent
with and supportive of the area's current economic adjustment strategy; and the RLF is
being operated in accordance with the policies and procedures contained in the RLF Plan
and the loan portfolio meets the standards contained therein.
