BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute a renewal of the
annual maintenance agreement with HTE, Inc. for software support in the amount of
$49,735.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
September, 2002.
