BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute a renewal of the
annual hardware maintenance agreement with International Business Machines
Corporation to provide services for the mainframe computers (AS/400) and peripheral
equipment located in City Hall and the Police Department in the amount of$54,624.08.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
September, 2002.
