BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to apply for funding for FY 2003
operations of the Southeast Texas Auto Theft Task Force; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to execute necessary documents to authorize acceptance of the funding and to receive
and disburse funds related to the operation of the Southeast Texas Auto Theft Task Force.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 3rd day of
September, 2002.
