CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Waste Management of Beaumont, Texas in the unit amounts
shown above for container and solid waste collection services be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of
August, 2002.
