BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
between the City of Beaumont and the Cities of Port Neches, Bevel Oaks, China
and Noms for providing mutual aid as may be requested by the cities for emergency
conditions as defined by the Texas Disaster Act of 1975.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day
of August, 2002.
