ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE WEST 20'
X 150' OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 4, JARRETT ADDITION
SUBJECT TO RETAINING THE NECESSARY UTILITY
EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the west 20' x 150' of the alley in Block 4, Jarrett Addition, City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, containing 0.068 acres, more or less, as shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned subject to the
retention of a 20' utility easement or move the existing utilities at St. Michael Orthodox
Church's expense.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 27th day of
August, 2002.
