HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 02-060 ORDINANCE NO. 02-060 ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 01-038, TO ALLOW A WAIVER OF THE THIRTY (30') FOOT WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFERS ON THE EAST AND WEST SIDES AND WAIVING THE TEN (10') LANDSCAPE BUFFER ON THE NORTH SIDE AND REQUIRING A SIX (6') FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PARKING LOT OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6380 FOLSOM; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: Section 1. THAT Ordinance No. 01-038 passed on May 22, 2001, by the City Council of the City of Beaumont issuing a specific use permit to Jim Brown for Dunleith Partners, Ltd. to allow a 15,000 square foot office building in a GC-MD-2 (General Commercial-Multiple Family Dwelling-2) District is hereby amended at the request of Long Architects, Inc., applicants for Dunleith Partners, Ltd., to waive the thirty (30') foot wide landscape buffers on the east and west sides and waiving the ten (10')landscape buffer on the north side and requiring a six(6')foot landscape buffer on the north side of the parking lot of the property as shown on Exhibit "A." Section 2. That the specific use permit hereby amended and granted is expressly issued for and in accordance with each particular and detail of the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof for all purposes. Section 3. Notwithstanding the site plan attached hereto, the use of the property herein above described shall be in all other respects subject to all of the applicable regulations contained in Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas, as amended.
