BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Beaumont Habitat for
Humanity, Inc. to post an irrevocable letter of credit payable to the City of Beaumont in an
amount equal to 130%($27,300)of the estimated costto guarantee the completion of public
improvements for Pinebrook Place Unit 2, Phase 1.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 20th day of
August, 2002.
