BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve the purchase of a John
Deere Model 644H four(4)wheel drive loader from Rush Equipment Center in the amount
of$152,107.49 through Buyboard, a Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day
of August, 2002.
