BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT effective July 30, 2002, City Manager Kyle Hayes will receive an annual salary of
$115,000, an annual car allowance of$6,000, and an annual contribution of$7,500 to the
Intemational City Management Association Retirement Corporation.
NOTWITHSTANDING the foregoing compensation and benefits,all otherterms and
conditions of employment with the City of Beaumont shall be pursuant to City policy and
the Charter of the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6,h day of
August, 2002.
