ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE 20' X 50'
ALLEY BETWEEN LOTS 1 AND 12, BLOCK 5, G. CUCHIA
ADDITION, LOCATED WEST OF ELBA STREET,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 20' x 50'dead-end alley, beginning at the west right-of-way line of Elba Street and
continuing west a distance of 50' to a dead-end, containing 0.23 acres, more or less,
Beaumo^t, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby
abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day
of July, 2002.
