BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Stephen J. Bonczek is hereby deleted as authorized signatory on all City accounts and
such authority to request electronic fund (wire)or ACH transfers of any and all City funds on
deposit at Hibernia National Bank.
