WHEREAS,Stephen J. Bonczek has submitted his resignation as City Manager of the
City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, City Council desires to accept such resignation and provide four (4)
months severance pay;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the resignation of Stephen J. Bonczek as City Manager of the City of Beaumont is
hereby accepted effective July 23,2002,and he is to be provided wages and benefits at his
current rate as a City employee until November 25, 2002.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 301h day of July,
2002.
