BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Development and Lease Agreement between the City of Beaumont and Beaumont
Community Players executed on August 9,2000,for a two(2)year term is hereby extended
for one (1) year to provide additional time for Beaumont Community Players to raise
additional funds for construction of a new community theatre.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30"day of July,
2002.
