WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of thirty-eight (38) bus passenger
shelters; and,
WHEREAS, Handi-Hut, Inc.of Clifton, New Jersey, submitted a bid in the amount of
$64,610 for thirty-eight (38) bus passenger shelters; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Handi-Hut, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Handi-Hut,Inc., in the amount of$64,610 forthe purchase of thirty-
eight (38) bus passenger shelters be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 301h day of July,
2002.
