WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for automotive preventative
maintenance for City-owned vehicles and equipment; and,
WHEREAS, JMPKL, Inc., dba The Lube Shop submitted a bid in the unit amounts
shown below at an estimated annual amount of $61,317:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by JMPKL, Inc.,
dba The Lube Shop should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by JMPKL, Inc., dba The Lube Shop for an annual contract for
automotive preventative maintenance for City-owned vehicles and equipment at the unit
prices stated above for an estimated annual amount of $61,317 be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2"d day of July,
2002.
