BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Texas Department of Transportation for the City of Beaumont to receive grant assistance
from the State Public Transportation Fund in the amount of$313,023.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23'day of July,
2002.
