BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with Boyer,
Inc., Houston, Texas, in the amount of $1,982,981 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant
Electrical Improvements, Phase I.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23'day of July,
