BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve a historic preservation
loan from the Historic Preservation Loan Fund in the amount of $31,879 to Dr. Jerry
Johnson for renovation of the residence at 2394 Calder, Oaks Historic District, Beaumont,
Texas. The work consists of:
► leveling the foundation;
► exterior asbestos abatement; and
► re-roofing.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of July,
2002.
