BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept $50.00 as full and final
payment for weed liens on two (2) lots identified as Woodlands Unit 5, Lot 2, Block 6, and
Lot 3, Block 6. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to evidence the release of the weed liens.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of July,
2002.
