WHEREAS, Beaumont Independent School District has conveyed a ten (10) foot
waterline easement for fire prevention services to property described as Ozen High School
Campus out of J. W. Bullock Survey, Abstract 7 (Highway 124 aka Fannett Road), as
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary and
desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by Beaumont Independent School
District is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of July,
2002.
