WHEREAS,bids were received for the purchase of eight(8)para-transit vehicles;and,
WHEREAS, National Bus Sales and Leasing,Inc.,Marietta,Georgia,submitted a bid
in the amount of$794,332; and,
WHEREAS,City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by National Bus Sales
and Leasing, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by National Bus Sales and Leasing, Inc.,in the amount of$794,332
for the purchase of eight (8) para-transit vehicles be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2"d day of July,
2002.
