BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to execute an agreement for providing
mutual aid as may be requested bythe City of Nederland for emergency conditions as defined
by the Texas Disaster Act of 1975.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of July,
2002.
