BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the expenditure of$38,515.11 to reimburse Alon
Petroleum Pipe Line Company for the adjustment of their facilities on FM 364/Major Drive
pursuant to a Three Party Utility Agreement between the City of Beaumont, the Texas
Department of Transportation and Alon Petroleum Pipe Line Company approved by
Resolution No. 02-058 dated March 19, 2002.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of July,
2002.
