WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for the purchase of City
employee work uniforms for various departments; and,
WHEREAS,Shepherd's Uniform and Linen, Inc.submitted a bid in the amounts shown
below at an estimated annual amount of$34,656.40:

WHEREAS,City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Shepherd's Uniform
& Linen should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Shepherd's Uniform and Linen for an annual contract for the
purchase of City employee work uniforms in the unit amounts shown above in the estimated
annual amount of$34,656.40 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
