WHEREAS, bids were received for the Athletic Complex Post-Tension Concrete
Tennis Court Resurfacing; and,
WHEREAS,Trans Texas Tennis, Inc.,submitted a bid in the amount of$245,600.00;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Trans Texas
Tennis, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Trans Texas Tennis, Inc.,for the Athletic Complex Post-Tension
Concrete Tennis Court Resurfacing in the amount of$245,600.00 be accepted by the City
of Beaumont and the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract for
such project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of June,
2002.
