BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute Memorandums of
Understanding(MOUs)with Jefferson Countyand Port Arthur necessary to the development
of a public health system to respond to bio-terrorism.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25"'day of June,
2002.
