WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase and installation of one (1) 100 ton
HVAC chiller at the Sterling Pruitt Activity Center; and,
WHEREAS,Sunbelt Controls, Inc.,Beaumont,Texas,submitted a bid in the amount
of$46,723 for the purchase and installation of one (1) Trane RTAA 100 HVAC chiller; and,
WHEREAS,City Council is ofthe opinion thatthe bid submitted by Sunbelt Controls,
Inc., should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THATthe bid submitted by Sunbelt Controls, Inc.,in the amount of$46,723 for the purchase
and installation of one(1)Trane RTAA 100 HVAC chiller at the Sterling Pruitt Activity Center
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of June,
2002.
