WHEREAS,bids were received forthe purchase of forty(40)bus passenger shelters;
and,
WHEREAS, Duo-Gard Industries of Canton, Michigan,submitted a bid in the amount
of$75,280; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Duo-Gard
Industries should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Duo-Gard Industries in the amount of$75,280 forthe purchase of
forty (40) bus passenger shelters be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of June,
2002.
