WHEREAS,bids were received forthe purchase of one (1) 6,500 lb. forklift for use by
the Water Production Division; and,
WHEREAS,ToyotaLift of Houston submitted a bid in the amount of$26,993 for one
(1) model 7FDU32 forklift; and,
WHEREAS,City Council is of the opinion thatthe bid submitted by ToyotaLift should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by ToyotaLift in the amount of$26,993 for one (1) model 7FDU32
forklift be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18"day of June,
2002.
