BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the
Texas Department of Transportation to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Walden
Road and FM 364 (Major Drive).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of June,
2002.
