BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve an historic preservation
loan request for $15,538.00 to Bill Modica from the Historic Preservation Loan Fund for
renovation of the residence at 2434 Liberty, Beaumont,Texas,and described as Averill East
'/Z Lot 21, West 3/4 Lot 22, Block 26. The work consists of:
- removal and replacement of old concrete shingles with an architectural shingle;
- demolishing and rebuilding the front porch;
- replacing rotten wood;
- repairing window screens; and
- painting the house.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of June,
2002.
