BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a deferred loan to Ms.
Kathryn Green in the amount of $62,350 using funds from the 2001 CDBG Program
Replacement Housing Budget line item for the reconstruction of a home located at 2620
Mashed O Street, Beaumont, Texas.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of June,
2002.
