BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to execute the Water Line
Replacement of Small Diameter Mains Contract-11 with Brystar Contracting, Inc.,in the amount
of$259,621 to replace existing water lines on Tyrrell Park Road from Fannett Road to Downs
Road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21 st day of May,
2002.
