WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) rough terrain forklift for
the Water Reclamation Division; and,
WHEREAS, Southline Equipment Company submitted a bid in the amount of
$34,975; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Southline
Equipment Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Southline Equipment Company in the amount of$34,975 for
the purchase of one (1) Sellick SD-60 rough terrain forklift be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of April,
2002.
