WHEREAS, Mickey Phelan B Land L. P. has conveyed a ten (10)foot wide water
line easement along Brooks Road as part of the Willow Bend Drive extension project, as
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto:

WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary and
desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by Mickey Phelan B Land L. P. is hereby
in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of April,
2002.
