WHEREAS, bids were received for the construction of Charlton Pollard Community
Park; and,
WHEREAS, Daniels Building and Construction, Inc. , submitted a bid in the amount
of$542,966.57, including Alternates No. 1 and 3; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Daniels Building
and Construction, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Daniels Building and Construction, Inc. in the amount of
$542,966.57, including Alternates No. 1 and 3, for the construction of the Charlton Pollard
Community Park be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of April,
2002.
