BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one (1) Pierce Lance 75 ft. aerial
truck through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)in the amount of$569,381 for
the Fire Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day
of April, 2002.
