BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to submit a grant application and execute a
contract with the Texas Department of Transportation to receive Section 5309 Vehicle
Capital Replacement funds for the Beaumont Municipal Transit System.
