WHEREAS,A.R.V.Assisted Living, Inc. (Texas HCP Holding,L. P.)has conveyed a
permanent easement containing,0.020 acre of land,for an existing sanitary sewer lift station
and force main now serving the Collier Park Retirement Community,to the City of Beaumont,
as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto:
F. Bigner Survey, Abstract 1, Jefferson County, Texas
WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary and
desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by A.R.V.Assisted Living, Inc.(Texas HCP
Holding, L. P.) is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9"'day of April,
2002.
