BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to award an annual contract to
Beaumont Products and Services, Inc.,forfurnishing litter removal services on arterial street
rights-of-way and other specific areas at a rate of$11.85 per hour, per person worked.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2"d day of April,
2002.
