BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney or his designee is hereby authorized to file and prosecute a
lawsuit against C&I Computer Services, Inc.and Cheryl Akbari, Individually,and Kyoomars
T.Akbari, Individually, to collect on a delinquent Small Business Revolving Loan. Should C&
I Computer Services, Inc. and/or Cheryl Akbari, Individually, and Kyoomars T. Akbari,
Individually, fail to bring said loan current within thirty (30)days hereof and keep current in
payments thereafter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th dayofMarch,
2002.
