WHEREAS, bids were received for a one (1) year contract for purchasing water
treatment chemicals for use by the Public Works Department, Water Utilities Division; and,
WHEREAS, bids were submitted in the unit amounts as shown:

and,
WHEREAS,City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the vendors shown
above in the unit amounts as shown, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by the vendors shown above in the unit amounts as shown for a one
(1) year contract for purchasing water treatment chemicals for use by the Public Works
Department, Water Utilities Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COU NCIL of the City of Beaumontthis the 19th day of March,
2002.
